All our properties have an experienced chef on site who can prepare traditional Keralan food, as well as Continental options, according to your requirements. We purchase fresh produce every day from the local markets.
Once per week the chef prepares traditional Keralan 'Sadhya Feast' served on a banana leaf and on Sunday he cooks a delicious BBQ dinner with seafood or chicken marinated in fragrant Kerala spices. Ask your chef to give you a private cooking class and learn how to prepare tasty south Indian curries and take some recipes back home.
Please advise the chef whether you like your food mild or spicy and if you have any special dietary requirements.
