We consider the culinary delights of South Indian cuisine to be an essential part of your travel experience and we have developed a 1 week menu with our chefs to provide you with a real taste of Kerala. Our menu provides a full range of traditional breakfasts, lunches and dinners with vegetarian, meat and seafood options. The delicious local food is so varied that you are unlikely to eat the same dish twice, even if you stay for a week!
Breakfast (Keralan or Continental options available), daily housekeeping services, internet, tea/coffee/drinking water in the room are included in the tariff. Lunch and dinner on request according to your requirements and the Menu of the Day: Vegetarian – Rs.600, Meat/Chicken – Rs.650, Seafood – Rs.750 (per person) inclusive of main dish, rice/bread and 2 veg/salad side dishes. Drinks, deserts and special items are charged in addition.
We also offer alternative meals and our chefs are trained to cook gluten free food and cater for people with various food allergies. Please notify us in advance if you have any specific food requirements.
The continental dinner menus feature Grilled Seafood, Ginger Honey Glazed Tiger Prawns, seafood pasta in a fresh tomato sauce or traditional English Fish and Chips. Finish off with pineapple and cinnamon crumble, homemade fruit sorbet or a traditional payasam desert.
